Do Not Disturb draws near!

Do Not Disturb draws near!

Dear All
Here is this week’s drama blog. Hope you all like it?
This week in drama the visitors were Colin Sheaf (military surgeon); Tom Gray (musician) and my mother Angela. Those not there were Anna Vere and Nick Walenski.
We started with rehearsing Do Not Disturb from the start to Scene 9, page 12.
Then was lunch time, during which Colin Sheaf (military surgeon) and my mother arrived, and I had lunch with them. Other Freewheelers chatted to Colin too.
In the afternoon we had a full rehearsal of the play, from start to finish, including the family drama scenes by Robbie the patient, played by Richard Watson and a puppet jointly. Zena was the girlfriend, Terri, the mother;  Jamie, the brother; and myself, the father.
We then had a meeting to talk about how it went, and a Question and Answer session with Colin, which was interesting.
Brandon said we all did very well and reminded us to try and be at The Bridge Youth Club, Leatherhead, for next Monday, January 28th, ready for the rehearsals. Performance at The Nomad Theatre, East Horsley on January 30th, all day and performance also at The Nomad on January 31st in the evening.
I think the session went well today, and I hope all those involved will agree!
