More rehearsing at The Bridge

More rehearsing at The Bridge

Dear  All

Here is this week’s drama blog. Hope you all enjoy it!

This week we had no visitors and those not there were Zena,   Ems and Nick Walenski.

We started with myself talking about the Fawlty Towers Dining Experience I went to with my mother at a hotel in Bloomsbury, London, on May 4th. I said we liked it, as it was very funny.
I think Anna Vere then talked about a Freewheelers performance she was in at The Grange Centre, Bookham last Tuesday, and also another one coming up at Dorincourt in Leatherhead this Tuesday
Then myself and others talked about The Freewheelers’ performance at The Victoria and Albert Museum in London on May 1st. It went well. We have been invited to go there again if we are free to do so.
Next: tour dates for Do Not Disturb were talked about. Details to be decided at a later date. Then a warm up session with Richard Watson.
Then we rehearsed The Sheep Song from Do Not Disturb. Next was lunch time. During this we sang Sam Keelan and Matt Seaby Happy Birthday.
In the afternoon we started by splitting up. Some of us went into a side room to look at The Argument Song from Do Not Disturb;  they were Terri, Poppy, Richard Watson, myself and Luke H. We were with Brandon. The rest were in the main room, doing movements for The Body Song; they were with Andrea.  We then got together to show each other what we did.

In conclusion, I think we did really well and hope the rest who were there will agree!

Just to say that on Saturday I am going to a PIAW (Play In A Week) audition day at The Grange Centre in Bookham, with Sam Keelan, Anne Vere and Sonas Musana. Other Freewheeler members will also be there, including Brandon, Andrea, Zena,  plus more. I think the actual week is at The Nomad Theatre,  East Horsley, in July.
