We're delighted to be involved in another Play in a Week at the Nomad Theatre: Words by Rachel Barnett It’s the Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics. Six people are all on their way up to their seats, ready to watch the show. Suddenly, the lift breaks down. Whilst waiting to be rescued they dream of their own opening ceremonies, not as grand as the Olympics perhaps, but just as worthy of being celebrated. From cans of tuna to time capsules found in the garden this is a musical journey of extraordinarily ordinary proportions.
