Location:

The Bridge Centre, off Kingston Road, Leatherhead, KT22 7RB Fully Accessible  Monday 10-3, Tuesday 10-4.30, Thursday 10-12  Parking on site.  Bus and Mainline train services available.

Duties:
Establish a system for tracking and monitoring equipment
Logging and managing maintenance of equipment
Updating data base of equipment and cataloguing new equipment for insurance purpose
Liaising with company staff to ensure equipment meets current needs
Acquiring new equipment when required.
Managing Storeroom

Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of Excel
Experience of maintenance of theatrical, film and sound equipment
Experience of procuring theatrical, film and sound equipment

Training Required:
Induction to company policies, procedures and ethos and to staff structure.

Review Date:

There will be a review after 3 months to find out whether the volunteer and activity are properly matched.  At this time, either side can stop the placement. Subsequently there will be 6-monthly reviews.
